Billing and payment functionality has been fully restored.

Users are continuing to receive errors when accessing the Payment Methods page in account settings, and we’re continuing to work on further fixes.

After investigating this incident, it's been determined that importing from YouTube directly to Wistia is not currently possible based on changes beyond our control. Videos downloaded from Youtube will need to be uploaded to Wistia using an alternative upload method while we investigate the viability of restoring this functionality. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have identified the issue and are looking into solutions. We recommend manually uploading videos that have been downloaded from YouTube as a temporary workaround.

Our third party integrator has mitigated this issue for newer emails, but old emails are still being processed.

Recorded videos that were stuck in processing as the result of the recent Chrome update have now been successfully re-encoded.

We've implemented a fix that allows videos to be successfully recorded again in Chrome and Chromium-based browsers version 126. We are now working to re-encode videos that were stuck in process due to this issue.

We've identified that version 126 of Chrome (and Chromium browsers such as Microsoft Edge) is causing videos recorded through Wistia to become stuck in processing. Our team is working on a fix.

We have identified and deployed a fix for this issue - the Home page is now fully operational.
